Large Format Production Supervisor – Night Shift
Location: Cambourne
Salary up to £43,500
We are currently recruiting for a Large Format Production Supervisor to join a market leading large format print manufacturer.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced large format professional who is looking to step into a leadership role, or an existing supervisor seeking a new challenge. The role combines hands on production responsibilities with the day to day management of a busy night shift team.
Working across a range of retail, exhibition, events and branded environment projects, you will be responsible for ensuring work is completed on time, to specification and to the highest quality standards.
Shift Pattern
- Permanent Nights
- Sunday night to Friday morning
- 22:00 - 06:00
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating the production team to achieve daily targets
- Monitoring workflow and allocating work to ensure deadlines are met
- Supporting, training and developing team members
- Maintaining high standards of quality control throughout production
- Operating and troubleshooting large format print and finishing equipment
- Overseeing cutting, plotting, weeding, mounting and finishing processes
- Driving continuous improvement across the department
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience within large format print, finishing or sign making
- Previous supervisory, team leader or senior production experience
- Experience with cutting tables, digital print and finishing equipment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lead by example in a fast paced production environment
- Must be able to drive due to the location of the site
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem solving skills
