Job Overview
As a Contract Coordinator you will be the first point of contact with our customers and will be at the forefront in the day to day operations of the company working within the compliance department of our business. The role exists to provide a high quality and friendly customer service to our existing and potential customers as well as making sure our services are completed in an efficient manner. The role requires a diverse set of skills and a high work rate with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. External and internal training will be provided where necessary.
As part of the role as a Contract Coordinator, you will be undertaking a Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration SCQF Level 5, there will then be an advancement to Business Administration SCQF Level 6, with pay rises subject to performance.
Responsibilities
- Logistics and Planning
- Engaging with engineers, Interdepartmental collaboration, sub contractors
- Email management and distribution
- Logging and distributing tasks
- Task Charging / completing tasks
- Updating customers and gaining feedback where necessary
- Reviewing and following up from task reports
- Requesting quotations for parts and equipment from our suppliers
- Filing or compiling paperwork for the completion of tasks
- Receiving and managing purchase orders/stock control
- Providing KPI (key performance indicators) reports at request
- Supporting the wider business
Skills
- Working effectively as a member of the team
- Using problem solving skills to make effective decisions
- Provide a friendly and informative service when collaborating with others
- Assemble and present information to a high standard when requested
- Timekeeping skills are required for attendance and also task management
- Writing skills (to be able to draft professional and high quality emails)
- The ability to perform to timescales and/or under pressure
Pay: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
