The ideal candidate will be:
Level 3 qualified in a relevant childcare course
Ambitious, enthusiastic and able to use their own initiative
Calm, caring and patient and demonstrate a passion for early years, with a natural ability with children from 0-5 years of age
Reliable, punctual and flexible
A good communicator able to build relationships with children, colleagues and parents
