Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations
- Create and develop seasonal breakfast and dinner menus
- Build strong supplier relationships with local producers
- Deliver garden dining and outdoor BBQ experiences
- Design bespoke menus for weddings and private events
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and stock control
- Manage GP, ordering, wastage, and kitchen efficiencies
- Support and develop a small, hands-on kitchen team
About You
We’re looking for someone who wants to build, create, and lead not simply maintain.
You Will Ideally Have:
- Experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Passion for seasonal, produce-led cooking
- Confidence working independently in a small-team environment
- Strong commercial awareness including GP and stock management
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- A calm, hands-on approach to service
- Strong knowledge of kitchen compliance and food safety
- Creativity, ambition, and pride in your craft
