We are seeking highly motivated, ambitious, and customer-focused Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about property, sales, and building long-term client relationships while working in a dynamic and rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings, consultations, and market appraisals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and lead generation activities.
- Manage and update property listings across company platforms and property portals.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Provide professional advice regarding market conditions, pricing, and property opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and business development meetings.
- Stay informed about Cardiff's property market trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
- Represent Haus of Estate professionally and uphold the company's reputation at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, estate agency, real estate, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
- A full UK Driving Licence is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of the Cardiff property market is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within estate agencies, property sales, lettings, or real estate services.
- Experience working with property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, or OnTheMarket.
- Experience generating leads through networking and social media.
- Experience managing client relationships and closing sales.
