Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Student Recruitment & Conversion Consultant to join our growing team.
This role focuses on engaging prospective international students generated through marketing channels, building strong relationships with leads, and converting enquiries into successful student applications and enrolments.
You will work closely with the marketing and counselling teams to manage the student journey from initial enquiry through to conversion. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, target-driven, familiar with Chinese social media platforms, and passionate about helping students achieve their study abroad goals.

Key Responsibilities
Student Lead Follow-up & Conversion
Manage and follow up student enquiries generated through online and offline marketing campaigns.
Build relationships with prospective students via WeChat, Xiaohongshu, phone calls, events, and other communication channels to understand their study needs and intentions.
Guide students through the early consultation stage and effectively convert leads into active clients.
Achieve monthly recruitment and conversion targets set by the company.
Sales & Recruitment Support
Work closely with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure smooth student handovers and application progression.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, conversion status, and follow-up activities within internal systems.
Identify high-potential leads and provide tailored guidance to maximise conversion opportunities.
Social Media & Student Engagement
Support student engagement activities across platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin, Instagram, and other social channels.
Participate in content creation, student case sharing, livestreams, webinars, and promotional campaigns to increase student enquiries and brand exposure.
Actively engage with online audiences and respond to prospective student questions in a timely and professional manner.
Marketing & Event Support
Assist in organising education fairs, university events, webinars, and recruitment activities.
Represent UOFFER GLOBAL at both online and offline promotional events.
Support local marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and student recruitment performance.
Market Awareness
Stay informed about UK higher education trends, competitor activity, and international student recruitment strategies.
Provide feedback and market insights to support ongoing business growth and recruitment planning.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in sales, student recruitment, education consultancy, or marketing is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
Comfortable engaging directly with prospective students and handling sales-oriented conversations
Familiar with Chinese social media platforms including Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Douyin
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
Passion for international education and student development.
