Olivia’s Bakery is hiring!
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team at our HQ in Burton on the wolds. If you have a love for artisan baking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
As part of the bakery team at Olivia’s Bakehouse, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods. Your day-to-day can include:
- Opening the bakery and setting up for daily production
- Mixing, proving, and baking a variety of doughs
- Preparing pastries and finishing/decorating products
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met
Working Hours
- Shifts include early mornings (starting from 3:00am)
- Weekend availability is essential
What We’re Looking For
- Essential: experience working in a commercial kitchen or bakery
- Previous baking experience and a strong understanding of dough handling, fermentation, and pastry work is preferred (but not essential)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
