- Location:WR9, Droitwich
- Salary: £28,350 per annum (incl. 5 contractual sleeps per month) Pro-rated
- Overtime: £14.14 per hour inclusive of annual leave
- Hours: 15, 22.5 & 30 hours p/w can be accommodated

The Role:
Join our passionate team in our 3-bed Children’s Home, supporting incredible children aged 5 to 18. No two days are the same—expect fun, challenges, and the ultimate reward of seeing young people flourish.
You Will:
- Have a passion to work with children.
- Provide support, stability, and fun!
- Be resilient and ready to handle challenges.
- Be flexible with hours (weekends, evenings, bank holidays).
- Hold a full UK driving licence with less than 6 points (company cars provided).
- Be prepared to undertake training to become qualified
Experience:
- Previous experience of working with children is not essential but you must enjoy spending time with them
