Dental Hygienist / Dental Therapist (NHS and Private Practice)
This is role is for either one of our sites.

Part-time - 1 day per week

Lepton Dental Surgery is a NHS and private, modern dental practice located in the heart of Huddersfield. We provide high-quality general and specialist dental care, including advanced cosmetic, implant, periodontal, and digital dentistry.
Our philosophy is centred around exceptional patient care, quality-driven dentistry, and a supportive team culture. We are expanding and now seeking a Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist to take over an existing, well-maintained patient list.
The Role
We are recruiting a motivated Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist to work 1 day per week, with available sessions on Friday 9am-4pm or Monday 2pm-5pm.

We provide EMS Airflow Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBDT) and offer a full range of advanced treatments including implants, Invisalign, composite bonding, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and digital dentistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hygiene and/or therapy services to Private patients
- Support patients with preventive care and oral health education
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and adhere to CQC/GDC standards
- Work collaboratively with dentists, specialists, and support staff
- Uphold the practice’s reputation for outstanding patient experience

Requirements
- GDC registration as a Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Strong clinical standards and commitment to quality
- Experience in NHS and private practice beneficial but not essential
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Willingness to align with our practice ethos and standards
