Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a dedicated team. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and supervise team members including servers, kitchen staff, and baristas.
- Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety policies across the establishment.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently.
- Implement training programmes to uphold service standards and promote team development.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques.
- Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
- Previous experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or bars is advantageous.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, kitchen experience, and hospitality services such as barista work is preferred.

Pay: £24,420.00-£47,174.35 per year
