Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product displays, ensuring brand consistency, helping increase services and supporting sales objectives through effective visual merchandising. Responsibilities
Plan and execute attractive product displays in line with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
Supervise and coordinate merchandising activities across multiple retail locations
Utilise Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create visual content for promotional displays and in-store signage
Maintain organised stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products on shelves
Analyse sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to implement seasonal campaigns and promotional events
Provide training and leadership to junior staff or interns involved in merchandising tasks
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all merchandising activities
Manage administrative tasks such as reporting on stock levels, display effectiveness, and inventory control
Qualifications
Proven supervising or leadership experience within a retail or merchandising environment
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication across diverse teams and locations
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities
Previous experience in merchandising, visual presentation, or related fields preferred
Demonstrated administrative experience including reporting, planning, and record keeping
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail coupled with creative flair and strategic thinking
