We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to join the team and help support the day-to-day running of the pub. This is the perfect role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a natural at great customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the pub floor and bar
- Leading by example on the floor and maintaining excellent service standards
- Train, motivate and develop the team
- Working closely with management to drive sales, atmosphere and community engagement
- Ensuring the pub remains a safe, welcoming, well-run environment for both staff and customers
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about brilliant, down-to-earth customer service
- Has previous hospitality supervisory or management experience
- Is confident leading a team in a busy pub environment
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
