Senior Experiential Manager, Maidenhead / Hybrid – Up to £45K + Bonus + Benefits
We're looking for a Senior Experiential Manager to join a leading brand experience agency delivering integrated campaigns, live events and experiential activations for some of the UK's biggest consumer brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Experiential Manager who enjoys managing client relationships, overseeing multiple campaigns and bringing creative ideas to life through outstanding project delivery. You'll be joining a collaborative team where no two projects are the same, working across a broad range of experiential and live marketing campaigns.
As Senior Experiential Manager, you'll lead campaigns from initial briefing through to delivery and post-campaign evaluation, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
Responsibilities of this Senior Experiential Manager include:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns and live events
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout campaign delivery
- Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth
- Managing campaign budgets, timelines and commercial performance
- Collaborating with creative, production and operational teams to deliver successful projects
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing recommendations for future activity
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members across campaign delivery
- Ensuring projects are delivered smoothly while maintaining the highest levels of client service
To be considered for this Senior Experiential Manager role, you'll need:
- At least two years' experience within an experiential, events or brand activation agency
- Proven experience managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing campaign budgets and commercial performance
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to live events across the UK, including occasional weekend working
