The Role
As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be the key link between the clinical team and our patients, helping them understand their treatment options and guiding them through their journey with us. You will play a vital role in converting consultations into accepted treatment plans while ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with patients following consultations to explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Discuss costs, finance options, and payment plans
- Build strong relationships with patients to increase treatment acceptance
- Coordinate patient journeys from initial enquiry through to treatment completion
- Liaise closely with clinicians and reception teams to ensure smooth scheduling
- Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or within a dental/healthcare sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident discussing treatment plans and financial options
- Target-driven with a proven ability to convert enquiries into bookings
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and empathetic approach
