Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Workshop Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the workshop. Duties
- Welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and direct calls appropriately using excellent phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate workshop bookings efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Our system (apex networks)
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle incoming correspondence and organise documents for easy retrieval
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organising supplies
- Support the workshop team with clerical duties as required to ensure operational efficiency
Experience
- Previous Receptionist experience in a similair role is a must
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Ordering Parts and delaing with motor factors
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and colleaguesThis role is ideal for organised individuals who thrive in a busy environment and possess excellent communication skills. Pay: £20,020.00-£23,000.00 per year
