Job Purpose
The Behaviour Manager plays a key role in supporting students to develop positive
behaviour, build self-management skills, and succeed both in lessons and across
the school community. You will work closely with pupils who benefit from
additional guidance and encouragement to help them make positive choices,
overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.
Main Responsibilities
- Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times.
- To build positive relationships with students based on mutual respect.
- To manage the school’s Behaviour Centre being flexible and responsive to issues and
priorities that emerge in the pastoral arena on a day-to-day basis.
- To create a calm, hardworking environment in the Behaviour Centre and which enables
the students to engage with their work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £29,410.00 per year
