Customer Services Representative – Felixstowe
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join our team in Felixstowe.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy container haulage company, acting as a key point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, keeping customers informed, resolving queries efficiently, and working closely with our transport planning team to ensure the smooth delivery of container movements.
As part of a dedicated and professional team, you will build strong relationships with customers, liaise with planners, and ensure all transport requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within transport, logistics, shipping, or container haulage
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast paced environment
- A proactive, positive, and customer focused approach
- Confidence using computer systems and communicating with customers by phone and email
