We are looking for reliable and hardworking self employed Delivery Porters to deliver mattresses from our High Wycombe warehouse to customers.
This is a room of choice delivery role. The delivery crew will carry mattresses safely into the customer’s chosen room within the property.
You will work with a driver as part of a two person crew, providing a polite and professional service inside customer homes.
Main Duties:
Assisting the driver with daily mattress deliveries
Delivering mattresses from the High Wycombe warehouse
Carrying mattresses into the customer’s room of choice
Loading and unloading mattresses with care
Working as part of a two person crew
Providing good customer service
Completing delivery paperwork or app updates where required
Helping to keep the vehicle clean and organised
Requirements:
Previous delivery or porter experience preferred but not essential
Good customer service skills
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Able to work well as part of a team
Professional attitude with customers
Available Monday to Saturday
This is a self employed role. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own tax and National Insurance.
