Job Title: FLT Operative & Packing Operative

Job Type: Temporary (2-month contract but may extend)
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Role Overview
HRGO Recruitment are seeking a reliable and hardworking FLT Operative & Packing Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a varied, hands-on role involving forklift truck operation, polishing finished products, and packing goods ready for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities

Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently

Polishing finished products to the required quality standards

Packing products for storage and dispatch

Loading and unloading materials as required

Assisting with general warehouse and production duties

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Supporting the wider team to ensure production targets are met
Skills & Experience Required

Previous FLT experience required

Must be able to drive due to location
- Valid FLT licence desirable; candidates with out-of-date or in-house licences will be considered, with a refresher course provided

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments advantageous

Good attention to detail and quality standards

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks
