Part-Time Supervisor – Buck's Bar Edinburgh (Grindlay Street)
Buck's Bar is one of Edinburgh's busiest independent hospitality brands, known for great food, strong drinks, good music and a high-energy atmosphere.
We're looking for a Part-Time Supervisor to join the team at our Grindlay Street venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.
The Role
You'll support the management team in the day-to-day running of the venue while leading shifts and helping maintain the high standards our guests expect.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading shifts and supporting the team
- Opening and closing the venue
- Cash handling and cashing up
- Bar stock control and ordering
- Beer line cleaning
- Managing cleaning and maintenance schedules
- Training and developing team members
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Supporting the GM and AGM with venue operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience in a busy bar or restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- A hands-on approach and positive attitude
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
