What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Driving sales, KPIs, and profitability through smart, hands-on management
- Ensuring the store looks attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards
- Managing cash, stock, rotas, and daily operational processes
- Creating a friendly, welcoming environment for both customers and staff
- Acting as a brand ambassador, building repeat visitors and loyal customers
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, cash handling, and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior retail leader
- Background in retail, tourism, gifts, or visitor-focused environments is desirable
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing staff
- Commercially minded with strong organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a high-traffic environment
- Confident taking responsibility, including key-holder duties
