Lead Practitioner – Rosie and Jim’s Anfield Pre-School (Liverpool)
Rosie and Jim’s Anfield Pre-School is a warm, friendly, and community-focused setting dedicated to providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Practitioner to join our team and support the day-to-day leadership of our pre-school.
As Lead Practitioner, you will:
1) Support the Manager and Deputy Manager in the effective daily running of the pre-school.
2) Lead and motivate staff, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and care.
3) Contribute to planning, monitoring, and evaluating the EYFS curriculum.
4) Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and the wider community.
5) Step up confidently in the absence of the Deputy Manager.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about early years education and child development.
- A strong communicator and team leader, with the ability to inspire and support others.
- Organised, proactive, and confident in managing staff and resources.
- Knowledgeable about EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years Education
- Experienced in an early years role (minimum 2 years experience)

Hours: 40 Hours per week
Salary: Dependant on experience.
