We are now looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and solution focused person to take on the role of care-coordinator within our organisation.

As Care Coordinator, you will primarily be supporting and developing staff to ensure the service being delivered is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led.
The role is based around the hours of 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday although you will (on occasion) need to work outside of these hours (including on call 1 week in 4).
