Kitchen/Bedroom/Custom Furniture
Jackton Moor are a family owned home improvement company that is celebrating our 22nd year anniversary of providing quality kitchens winners Scotland's best kitchen company 2025 by scottish home improvement's , bedrooms and custom made furniture throughout Scotland and are recruiting for a designer based in our East Kilbride Studio.
This is a full-time, permanent position on site.
Working Hours: -
Tuesday / Wednesday: - 9.00am – 5.30pm
Thursday: - 9.30am – 7.00pm
Friday / Saturday: - 10.00am – 4.00pm
Duties: -
- Dealing with customer enquires in person, by phone and email
- Attending customer’s properties to undertake pre-design measures accurately
- Producing and preparing designs using our 3d CAD Software
- Preparation of customer’s quotations using EQ / Tru-Blue Software
- Liaising with internal technical department, surveyors / project managers / installations teams throughout the process
Requirements: -
- Previous experience working with 3d Design Software (Winner Flex is desirable but not essential as full training will be given)
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Fully committed to customer satisfaction
- Experience working to sales targets in a retail environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a clear and pleasant telephone manner
- Able to work effectively as part of a team to use initiative for your allocated area of responsibility
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Full Driving Licence required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£59,012.26 per year
