Job Summary
Due to continued expansion we are seeking a HGV Class 2 driver to join our trade waste team. This role requires a strong commitment to safety.
Duties
- Operate lorries in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Safely load and unload goods with the lifting equipment on the vehicles
- Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with co-ordinators and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and operational procedures.
Skills
- Experience as a Commercial Driver with a valid driving licence.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for safe driving.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and other team members.
This role may lead to various other roles within the company due to our expansion. If you are a keen to learn and driven then this position will be suitable for you.
