Based in the heart of Dartford, our client is an outsourced sales and marketing company operating through face-to-face residential campaigns.
They are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join their expanding team on a full-time equivalent basis.
Whether you are starting fresh or looking for a change, they offer coaching support and ongoing development opportunities from the moment you start- no prior experience necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- This opportunity requires full-time equivalent availability.
- Communication: Fluent English and the confidence to represent national brands professionally.
- Commutable: Ability to travel to the Slade Green office daily for morning sessions.
- Transferable Skills: Backgrounds in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or admin are highly valued.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Strategy & Training: Attend daily morning briefings and development workshops in the Slade Green office.
- Field Representation: Travel to assigned residential locations to act as the face of the brand.
- Customer Engagement: Connect with the public face-to-face, delivering clear product presentations.
- Problem Solving: Confidently handle customer inquiries and objections to ensure a positive experience.
- Sales & Administration: Support customer acquisition activities and accurately complete relevant customer records.

Please Note:
Successful candidates will be sub-contracted directly to our client in Dartford. This subcontracted opportunity provides flexibility and independence while earnings are generated through commission and performance incentives. You will be responsible for your own Tax and National Insurance contributions.
Pay: £490.00-£650.00 per week
