We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a polite and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve orders promptly and ensure correct presentation
- Check on guests during their meals and address any needs
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle payments and issue receipts when required
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience as a waiter/waitress mandatory
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
