A highly regarded and growing law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Managing Associate to join its established Employment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer who enjoys combining high-quality legal work with genuine client relationships, strategic input and business development involvement.
The team advises a broad range of ambitious businesses across multiple sectors, acting as a trusted adviser on everything from day-to-day employment matters through to complex disputes, restructures and strategic workplace projects.
You’ll work closely with Partners and senior colleagues while also enjoying the autonomy to manage your own matters and client relationships.
The role will include:
- Advising employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Supporting clients on complex workplace issues and strategic projects
- Managing matters independently with direct client contact
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees
- Supporting business development initiatives, networking and client events
- Contributing to articles, pitches and wider profile-raising activity
This role would suit an Employment Solicitor currently operating at Senior Associate or Managing Associate level, ideally from a strong regional or London background, who is looking for high-quality work within a genuinely collaborative environment.
The firm places real value on relationship-building, commercial thinking and long-term career development. Lawyers are encouraged to build their profile in the market while working within a supportive and approachable team culture.
The firm can offer:
- High-quality employer-side employment work
- A collaborative and well-resourced team
- Clear progression opportunities
- Strong involvement in business development and client strategy
- Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
- Competitive salary and benefits package
This is a particularly strong opportunity for someone who wants to join a modern and ambitious firm where quality of work and culture go hand in hand.
