We are seeking an experienced Fencing Team Leader to join our growing commercial landscaping team, delivering high-quality fencing and timber installations across large-scale projects in the North West.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fencing supervisor / team leader ready to take ownership of projects, lead a team, and work with an award-winning landscaping company known for delivering premium results.
Fencing Team Leader Responsibilities
As a Fencing Team Leader, you will lead a team delivering high-quality commercial projects across sites in the North West.
Key duties include:
- Lead and supervise a team on commercial fencing and landscaping projects
- Install timber fencing, gates, and associated structures
- Plan, organise, and allocate daily work on-site
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Motivate, manage, and support your team to deliver high standards
- Liaise with site managers, contractors, and clients
- Maintain quality control across all installations
Fencing Team Leader Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Fencing Team Leader / Supervisor
- Valid CSCS Car
- Full UK Driving Licence
- IOSH Health & Safety Certificate or SSSTS
Desirable
- Experience in commercial landscaping projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
