Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Night Nurse to join our nursing home team in Ilford.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and demonstrate a compassionate approach to patient care. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient health, developing care plans, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.
The Night Nurse will also be responsible for supervising junior staff and maintaining accurate patient records.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
- Valid NMC registration
- Current experience in a nursing home setting
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 36 hours per week
