Part time Bar Staff 4-6 hours (weekend work & events) Doyles Sports Bar
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate people to join our bar in Hereford. We are an independent exciting and competitive business. As soon as our customers walk through the door, they will get that high energy buzz rush through them whilst feeling that competitive drive and you will be part of the team that delivers on that!
We offer our customers a range of sports on over 20 screens as well as fun games including beer pong, interactive darts and pool. With a great food menu and fun drinks we will have an offering for everyone.
In certain football matches we will have in excess of 300 people in so you will need to stay calm under pressure, be capable of thinking on your feet and be professional with customers at all times ensuring they are been offered the best service. During quieter times there is no standing still - there is always something to do from cleaning, tore-stocking the bar or even doing some social media promoting.
Responsibilities:
· To assist and support the manager in running the bar
· To provide excellent customer service
· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
· Strive towards and help drive sales at all times
· Ensuring food, cocktails, drink packages, music, games are all consistently at a high standard
