We are hiring at Flint Mountain Park Hotel!
We are looking to employ staff, within our busy hotel in preparation for our busy summer season ahead. Previous experience of at least 1 years is essential in Hospitality. Additional training will also be given. Roles will include bar work and waiting on.
An enthusiastic person is required, who must be passionate about hospitality, with exceptional customer service skills. Candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly disposition and a good 'can do' work ethic. We strive to provide a friendly and professional service to all our customers and hotel guests.
The role will involve taking food and beverage orders, processing them on the till, taking payments, serving all food and beverages within a timely manner and keeping the work environment and bar area clean. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage areas are fully stocked, and attending to customer requests in order to ensure they have a great customer experience.
Not only do we offer a traditional Pub Restaurant Menu we also cater for all different occasions such as weddings, parties, functions and wakes. We would be looking for someone who can adapt their skills to suit the function role and be prepared for a busy working day.
Applicant must be Fully Flexible and have own vehicle due to location and working hours. Daytime, evening and weekend shifts will be part of your regular working week. You must also be willing to attend work at short notice due to the nature business.
