About the role:
The Supply Pool is recruiting Classroom Support Assistants to work in partnership with schools across Cannock. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with experience in education who are eager to begin a fulfilling career supporting teaching and learning.
You will assist teachers with lesson delivery, support pupils in their learning, and help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.

What You’ll Need:
✅ A degree or relevant qualification in education or a related field
✅ Experience working with children in an educational setting (paid or voluntary)
✅ Confidence supporting behaviour and assisting with classroom routines
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Genuine passion for education and child development
✅ Current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
✅ Proof of right to work in the UK
