This is not a desk-based role. It's a field sales position where your success is built on confidence, communication skills, resilience, and the ability to engage and influence people from all walks of life.
If you've worked in direct sales, field sales, telecoms, utilities, customer acquisition, fundraising, venue sales, events, or any performance-driven sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
Working across a regional territory, you'll attend pre-booked, high-footfall venues including supermarkets, shopping centres, and retail locations.
Your objective is simple:
Build rapport quickly, engage members of the public, and convert conversations into long-term charity supporters.
You'll represent nationally recognised charities including:
- Macmillan Cancer Support
- Alzheimer's UK
- Royal British Legion
Every day you'll be speaking to dozens of people, overcoming objections, handling rejection professionally, and maximising sign-up opportunities.
This is a results-focused role where effort, attitude, and consistency directly impact your earnings.

Important Information
This is a physically active field sales role.
