KS3 Teacher / Tutor – SEN Setting

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated KS3 Teacher / Tutor to join a welcoming SEN school supporting both primary and secondary aged students with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).
This is a fantastic long-term, full-time opportunity for someone who is committed to helping young people achieve their full academic and personal potential within a supportive and nurturing environment.

The Role:
- Teaching and supporting KS3 students within an SEN setting
- Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
- Supporting students with both academic progress and personal development
- Creating a positive, structured, and encouraging classroom environment
- Working closely with support staff and the wider school team
The Ideal Candidate:
- FQT / Qualified Teacher Status preferred
- Unqualified teachers with strong SEN or relevant teaching/tutoring experience are also encouraged to apply
- Experience working within SEN, alternative provision, or specialist settings is highly desirable
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Passionate about supporting students with additional needs
