Are you a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Practitioner ready to support young children at a crucial stage in their development?
We are looking for a committed individual to join a welcoming early years setting in Watford from September 2026. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team, creating a positive and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor, assess, and record children’s progress to support individual learning needs
- Ensure the classroom remains clean, organised, and safe at all times
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience working within an EYFS setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with children
