- We are seeking Painting and Decorating professionals to join our team. As a Painting and Decorating specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality painting services to our clients. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Mix and match colours to achieve desired results
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Protect furniture, floors, and other surfaces from paint splatters or damage
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painting and Decorating professional
- Strong communication skills in English
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects as required
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
