About the Role
We are currently recruiting reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our food production client based in Coventry. This role involves supporting the daily production process within a meat processing environment, ensuring products are handled safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line equipment within the meat processing area
- Prepare, handle, and package meat products according to company procedures
- Ensure all products meet required quality, safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Follow all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
Hours:
Monday to Friday 07:30am-16:30pm.
Pay:
£12.71 per hour
