At Green Bee Recruitment, we’re buzzing to be working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm in Shrewsbury who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (4+ years’ PQE) to join their growing and busy team.
This is a standout opportunity for a driven conveyancing lawyer to step into a thriving office where there is a strong and consistent flow of high-quality residential property work, alongside genuine scope to play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
You’ll join an established and supportive multi-office Residential Property team, handling a broad and varied caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion.
This role will also see you actively involved in building and maintaining strong relationships with local referrers, helping to further strengthen the firm’s presence and reputation across the Shrewsbury property market.
What We’re Looking For
- UK-qualified Residential Property Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE (applications below this level cannot be considered)
- Proven track record of managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across all areas of residential property law
- Stable career history demonstrating progression and commitment
- Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
- Proactive approach to business development and relationship building
- Ability to work effectively within a busy, collaborative team environment
