Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the efficient assembly of products, ensuring quality standards are met and production deadlines are achieved. Duties
- Assemble components and products accurately according to technical specifications and diagrams
- Use hand tools and power tools to carry out assembly tasks efficiently and safely
- Inspect assembled parts for quality, defects, or inconsistencies
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials within the warehouse as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document completed work and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Proven experience in assembly work, preferably within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Experience with assembly & soldering
- Ability to read technical drawings or schematics is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
