Position: Team Secretary
Working in our lovely office we are looking for a Part-Time, Team Secretary, starting Mid to late July 2026. Office experience is preferred; however, we welcome applications from candidates who are computer literate and looking to start their career.
The Role includes but is not limited to
- Audio typing – minimum typing speed 50 words per minute
- Answering the telephone - dealing with clients in a polite and professional manner
- Proof reading letters and documentation
- Sorting email inbox
- Database entry, invoicing and excel spreadsheet use
- Filing, archiving, photocopying, scanning
- Ensuring the office is kept tidy and organised
- Making tea and coffee
- Watering office plants
- Posting documents
- Other ad hoc duties
Working hours: 30 hours per week either 09:00-17:30 Monday to Thursday or 09:00-17:30 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Friday.
What are we looking for?
· Able to uphold confidentiality
· Typing speed of 50 words per minute minimum
· Experience of secretarial and office administration work
· Knowledge of IT systems, databases and MS Office
· Experience of copy and audio typing
· Able to prioritise own workload and be self-motivated
· Excellent communication skills
· Good attention to detail and self-motivated

Pay: £12.71 per hour
