Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Property Secretary to join our team. As a Property Secretary, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing legal aspects of property sales and purchases, Shared ownerships, Leasehold matters and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations, and providing exceptional service to clients throughout the property process.
Duties:
- Assisting on legal documents
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and solicitors to coordinate property transactions
- Prepare and submit legal documents such as contracts of sale and transfer deeds
- Conduct property searches and enquiries to verify information related to properties
- Assist the Solicitor in dealing with legal matters pertaining to property transactions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all conveyancing transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing or similar role in the legal field
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing laws and regulations
- Proficiency in audio typing, office software (e.g., Outlook, Excel), and IT systems
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively
