Job description
To provide hands-on support with production, packing, and general manufacturing tasks during peak workloads, ensuring products are made, handled, and dispatched efficiently and safely. Working within various teams with availability to complete a work only day shift pattern, or, a work afternoon / evening shift pattern, or, to work any pattern for a minimum of 3 hours.
Duties
- Assisting with day-to-day manufacturing tasks
- Packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch
- Following health & safety and quality standards
- Supporting the team with general duties as required
Abilities and Skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to learn and implement instructions correctly
- Able to follow hygiene and cleaning instructions consistently
- Comfortable working in a modern manufacturing / warehouse environment.
- Able to work as part of a team and support departments when needed
- A resilient and agile team player, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and support
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others
- Commitment to upholding health & safety standards
- Flexibility to work on short notice when required
- Appropriate levels of numeracy and literacy
- Some aspects of this position are physical in nature and require the ability to perform manual tasks safely

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour

- Redditch B98 9PA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
