Eastwood Park Ltd is seeking a Sales & Customer Services Administrator to work as part of our Sales team. You will work closely with Account Managers & the Head of Sales, Marketing and Business Development to ensure all administrative tasks are carried out in a timely manner and all client enquiries are dealt with professionally and you'll follow the appropriate processes for provisional course places, low course numbers and onsite courses, which are the main focuses of this role.
You will have experience in a similar administrative role, excellent communication skills along with a clear and confident telephone manner and exemplary organisational skills. You'll be a strong team player but with the ability to work on your own initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude and an ability to:
- multi task across different departments/enquiries
- think outside the box and offer solutions to peers and management.
- work with many different software applications including CRM, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook.
This role is for 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, based at our training centre in Falfield.
