Franchise Lodge Manager – Westbourne Leisure
Location: Cotteridge Area
Salary: Earn up to 20% of the wet take and accommodation take.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the lodge’s operations, including bar, restaurant, and room revenue performance.
- Drive wet sales through smart promotions, staff training, and creative marketing.
- Maximise bedroom occupancy and revenue via rate management and local corporate business development.
- Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance across all areas.
- Manage budgets, stock control, payroll, and reporting to ensure profitability.
About You:
- Strong background in wet-led hospitality operations, with a keen commercial eye.
- Demonstrated success in boosting bedroom sales and managing online travel agent listings and local relationships.
- Experience in leading a team within a lodge, pub with rooms, or small hotel setting.
- Confident with sales forecasting and performance metrics.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
