We are seeking a talented and professional experienced Barber with two years in a salon environment (post qualified) to join our dynamic salon team. Duties
- Perform a variety of hair services including technical proficiency in fading, tapering and scissor work to meet client preferences.
- Provide personalised consultations to advise clients on suitable styles and treatments.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior staff members and assist in training new team members to uphold high service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised work station in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with store management duties as required, ensuring smooth daily operations.Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with strong technical skills across various hairdressing techniques.
- Additional qualifications or skills in barbering, or makeup application are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience in store management or front desk operations is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to up sell products and services effectively while maintaining client satisfaction. Rewards scheme shown in commission form.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work flexibly within a fast-paced environment.
