Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will have previous door to sales sales experience and used to hitting weekly/monthly targets. Your main product to sell will be loft and/or underfloor insulation which is aided by a 75% government grant for all homeowners. You can knock anywhere you choose within Central Scotland and work to your own hours. This could be a full or part time role with either a salary + commission or a purely commission only role with higher rates after a short, trial period.
Duties
- Engage with customers face to face to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall sales performance.
Skills
- Strong marketing knowledge to effectively promote products and engage customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse clientele.
- Proven customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to meeting customer needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
