We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Nursery Graduate Trainee to join our highly qualified Early Years team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who already holds a degree and is eager to develop their career by training towards becoming an Early Years Initial Professional Practitioner (EYIPP).
Working alongside experienced Early Years professionals, you will receive full support, mentoring, and practical experience while developing your knowledge and skills in high-quality early childhood education and care.
About the Role
As a Nursery Graduate Trainee, you will:
- Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0–5 years.
- Work closely with experienced practitioners and leaders to deliver exceptional early years practice.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and contribute to children's learning and development.
- Help create engaging, stimulating, and inclusive learning environments.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and training.
- Work towards becoming a qualified Early Years Initial Professional Practitioner (EYIPP) with full support from the nursery.
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- A recognised degree qualification in any subject.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to learning and professional development.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
Desirable:
- Experience working with children in a nursery, school, volunteer, or community setting.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
