Practice Manager
We are a thriving and well-established practice dedicated to delivering exceptional service and care to our clients/patients. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead our team, support daily operations, and help drive the practice forward.
Role Overview
The Practice Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the practice, ensuring high-quality service delivery, effective team management, and strong financial performance. This is a key leadership role requiring excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily practice operations and ensure a positive client/patient experience
- Manage, support, and develop the practice team
- Handle scheduling, staffing, and workload planning
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Manage budgets, billing, and financial reporting
- Implement and improve processes to maximise efficiency
- Lead on health & safety, risk management, and quality assurance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance reviews
- Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Drive growth initiatives and support the long-term strategy of the practice
About You
- Previous experience in as a dental practice manager is essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident with IT systems and practice management software
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- A proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements (preferred)
