Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner.
- Maintain standards of the venue and cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using the till system.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality experience is essential; further training will be provided.
- A passion for creating great experiences for customers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
